About The LAB
The Movement LAB was established in 2020 by our founder Jenny O Jacobsson. It was born out of a desire to share a love for the performing arts and Yoga.
Since then it has continued to developed and is now run by a group of Jenny’s core dancers and teachers.
This beautiful space is located in the heart of Lagos, Algarve and is unique in that it offers a wide variety of disciplines under one roof.
We are a dedicated team, each of us passionate about our vocation. We draw from our wealth of experience always curious to expand that knowledge with an open mind, which makes of sharing the teaching space all the more exciting.
